This Estate Barling Sandblast Pot has all the characteristics of an early transition period pipe which would suggest that this pipe was crafted more than 40 years ago. The rim of the bowl of this pot has a slight bevel and the stem is the traditional Barling flat mouthpiece.
This pipe is in fine condition and will be a fine addition to your collection.

To remove the tobacco residue from the previous owner, the bowl has been carefully reamed and then the interior of the stem, shank and bowl of this "Previously Enjoyed Pipe" has been thoroughly alcohol-steam cleaned and sterilized using my special rig. Virtually all the oxidation has been removed from the mouthpiece. I have been careful to preserve the logo. Then the bowl and
stem have been polished with Carnauba wax and buffed with care.
